Hello! I’m Sam

I am a Product Designer and Leader from Chicago, IL with over 6 years of experience in user research, product strategy, and user interface design. I am a lifelong learner that is passionate about transforming complex problems into delightful experiences.
My approach to product design is methodical, user-centered, and grounded in design thinking. As an ENFJ, I am a born leader and naturally a strong communicator; my strengths lie in my ability to use these skills to bring people together and empower teams with a deliberate design practice. Having an analytical and curious mindset, I love to explore problems with rigorous research and identify opportunities for design through data-driven insights.
I graduated from DePaul University with a BS in User Experience Design and a Minor in Information Technology in 2016. In 2021, I received a MS in Human-Computer Interaction from my alma mater and a certification in UX Management from Nielsen Norman Group.
